You don't need a partner to participate in social dancing and you won't need a partner to learn how to dance. If you have a partner, make sure to bring them along and learn the basics for dancing in an intimate embrace and make your experience on the dance floor stress free and gratifying. Cynthia Glinka coaches how to lead or how to follow.

Dance instruction enables participants to become comfortable and confident in a social dancing environment with easy-to-learn steps; proper dance posture and how to maneuver a large dance floor. Private coaching sessions encourage continued participation and the desire to further develop dancing skills.

Private Sessions

Sessions are held at a private studio in San Rafael, CA
A beautiful, cozy and comfortable setting on a 40' x 19' sprung hardwood floors with floor to ceiling mirrors
Ample parking adjacent to the studio
Easy access from Highways 580 and 101

BUT ... when they had their private lesson of 50 minutes, the studio also had other couples sharing the studio space.

SO ... they only got to hear their song/style of choice a few times and had to endure hearing other's songs as they were learning.

No contracts or sales pitches.

On-going group classes were phased out years ago. Traditional group classes offered by most dance instructors and studios are generally a very long, drawn out process that have you learning a particular dance pattern once a week. They don't focus on fast results.

The Glinka Method is a refreshing approach that will have you dancing in no time and to achieve your goal ~ get out on the floor and ask a partner to dance!   

Her method of teaching is quick, comprehensive and fun for the beginner.

We are not your typical store front or franchise studio. If you book with me, I will be your guide and your session is private – not in a roomful of other couples.
